Product Application Development Centre (PADC)
SSG's Product Application Development Centre bridges the gap between material science and real-world applications, offering manufacturers and product developers a dedicated space to prove and refine their concepts.
The PADC is equipped with injection moulding and blown film, tape, processing lines, internal mixers, and laboratory twin screw extruders. This processing capability allows clients to move from concept to validated sample within a controlled, technically supervised environment.
Services available through the PADC include proof of concept trials, application tryouts, product performance evaluation, value engineering, and productivity solutions, making it a practical resource for product development teams across the polymer, masterbatch, and compounding industries.
