SSG's Comprehensive Testing Capabilities
SSG's laboratory is equipped with a comprehensive range of modern analytical, thermal, mechanical, weathering, flammability, and colour testing instruments, enabling end-to-end characterisation of polymers, compounds, and materials across diverse industry applications. The equipment suite covers advanced analytical instruments including FTIR, TGA, DSC, HPLC, ICP-OES, GCMS, LC-ICP-MS, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, alongside dedicated thermal and rheological testing instruments such as FPV, MFR, and HDT/VSP testers.
Mechanical performance is evaluated using a Universal Testing Machine, Impact Tester, and Hardness Tester, while weathering resistance is assessed through Q-UV and Q-Xenon weatherometers supported by a humidity chamber. Flammability is tested using HVUL-2 and LOI apparatus, and colour and surface finish are measured with a Colour Spectrophotometer and Gloss Meter. This breadth of instrumentation, operated by qualified scientists within an NABL-accredited framework, ensures that SSG can deliver accurate, reliable, and internationally recognised test results across a wide range of materials and industry sectors.
